How the process works

Once you have submitted your request, we will review it and come up with options for you.  This will include available styles, colors, options, and pricing.

If you would like us to proceed with creating your special item, we will place a new product with a specific code in our Etsy.com shop and email you that it is ready to buy.  

Once you have paid for the item we will start the process of sewing and shipping.

You will receive emails when we receive your payment, and when the item is shipped with tracking information.

Most custom orders can take up to a week to process once we have payment.
